Open chapter and recycle packets with no new status entry in the flag window. Amber = past the flag threshold, red = 2x the threshold. Update a packet by submitting a new Trainee Status entry - the clock resets.

Builds an Excel workbook whose sheets match the MS List column layouts for batch copy & paste (edit in grid view). Trainee_AFT and Trainee_WeaponsQual sheets are append-ready new rows. Trainee_Admin_NewRows holds new trainee adds. Admin_Changes is a checklist of status/EIA updates to apply to existing Trainee_Admin rows (these are edits, not new rows, so they can't be pasted as appends). Fill DODIDs in the lists after pasting — the website tracks roster numbers only for OPSEC.
